Brood of the Primordial Dark
Discover Nyx, is the primordial goddess and personification of the Night.
Devotion in the Shadow
Bound by deep, unconditional devotion, Nyx wraps her diverse children—from gentle Sleep to absolute Fate—in the protective embrace of her eternal starry veil. Her dark, ethereal realm serves as a timeless sanctuary, shielding her offspring from divine conflicts and surrounding them with the quiet, majestic serenity of the primordial night.
Nyx’s Sacred Lineage
Nyx’s divine bloodline bridges radiant light and deep shadow. With Erebus (Primordial Darkness), she birthed the luminous figures of Hemera (Day) and Aether (Upper Air). On her own, she produced essential cosmic forces governing mortal existence, including:
Twin brothers born from Nyx’s shadowy womb, bringing respite to the weary and quiet finality to mortal existence.
Clotho, Lachesis, and Atropos—the formidable trio spinning, measuring, and severing the threads of human destiny with unyielding precision.
Dark forces bound to cosmic order—Eris igniting trial, Nemesis punishing human arrogance, and Geras marking the natural progression of time.
Guardians of the golden apples at the western edge of the world, embodying the serene beauty of the twilight hour.
